The 2026 Emerging Leaders Conference will take place September 9-11 at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. Attendees will hear from motivational speakers, banking professionals and experts in their fields while exploring timely issues affecting the financial industry.
Presented by the North Carolina Emerging Leaders, this annual conference brings together the next generation of banking professionals for leadership development, professional growth and meaningful opportunities to connect with peers from across the state.
Attendees will also participate in Capitol Hill visits designed to deepen their understanding of the legislative and regulatory issues impacting banks and the communities they serve. Through these firsthand advocacy experiences, bankers will learn how to communicate industry priorities, engage with policymakers and serve as informed advocates for the banking industry.

Early Bird registration rates will be available through August 3, 2026. After that date, regular registration fees will go into effect.
Special Group Offer
Register three attendees and receive a fourth registration at no cost.
Certificate of Completion
After the event, attendees will receive a survey asking which sessions they attended. A certificate of completion will be sent after the survey is completed.
