About the Conference

The 2026 Emerging Leaders Conference will take place September 9-11 at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. Attendees will hear from experts in their own fields, along with industry-wide sessions designed to address the most pressing issues shaping banking today.

Presented by the North Carolina Emerging Leaders, this annual conference brings together the next generation of banking professionals for insightful discussions on leadership development, professional growth and the future of the financial industry.

Early Bird Registration

Early Bird registration rates will be available through August 1, 2026. After that date, regular registration fees will go into effect.

Certificate of Completion

After the event, attendees will receive a survey asking which sessions they attended. A certificate of completion will be sent after the survey is completed.
