Bank Trainer Peer Group In Person Meeting

Bank trainers and learning professionals from across North Carolina are invited to join the NCBA Bank Trainers Peer Group for an engaging in-person meeting hosted by KS Bank.

This collaborative gathering will give attendees an opportunity to connect with peers, explore new training tools, and exchange practical ideas that can be implemented at their banks. The meeting will include a tour of the KS Bank Learning Center, a presentation on the HeyGen AI platform, and a “Steal That Idea” roundtable featuring successful training ideas, resources, and best practices from fellow attendees.

During registration, participants may submit a topic, question, or challenge they would like the group to discuss during the meeting.

Registration for this event is complimentary; however, advance registration is required. We encourage all bank training and learning professionals to take advantage of this opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from peers across the state.
