Our firm is ideally positioned to assist banks with issues around executive and director compensation, including compensation competitiveness, alignment of pay with performance, incentive plan design, and retention of executives and other key employees. We implement and monitor short term compensation strategies, performance measures and goal setting incentive plans, equity plans, and long-term benefit plans that retain key executives with protection at retirement, death, disability, and change in control. We also educate and provide peer supporting data to help management, the compensation committee, and the board make these decisions.
